Eco Tree Care and Conservation

Eco Tree Care and Conservation is a professional family-run, woodland and arboricultural operating first in Much Hadham, Hertfordshire then from Cutlers Wood and Chilham Kent.

They under took domestic and Commercial tree surgery work backed up by over a decade of working professionally within the arboricultural industry.

Eligible to Carry out level 2 Tree Safety Inspections and reports and gave impartial tree work recommendations and advice.

They passed out arboricultural consultancy including Vegetation related subsidence surveys and reports and BS5837 Surveys - Trees in relation to construction.

As they undertook the above services our core activity when we initially moved to Cutlers Wood was the sustainable management of the woodland owned by Rob Thomas.

This management included the coppicing of approximately 4 acres of coppice woodland a year and the thinning of woodland compartments as part of a well defined management plan.

From their woodland management activities sprung our woodland products including supply of seasoned firewood, charcoal, fencing and garden structures, saw milled timber and materials for building.
