Pure Food Regents Park Honey Pure Food produces Regents Park Honey  Regents Park honey is produced exclusively in The Regent's Park.

The honey takes on the flavours of the myriad flowers in the park. The lightness and complexities of flavour make this honey unique. As the honey season progresses from June through to August the flavour and colour of the honey gradually becomes stronger and darker  

All the honey is extracted from the combs and manually filtered using 3 grades of filter. The honey although clear and runny has a slight cloudiness to it from tiny particles of unfiltered pollen which gives it its unique flavour.  

The honey is produced from bees sired by Queens flown in each year from New Zealand. Theses queens produce worker bees that are calm and gentle by nature making them perfect for Regents Park
