Insulation is the cheapest and one of the most effective ways towards an Eco Home by keeping it thermally comfortable all year round.

It’s easy to install and it costs almost next to nothing compared to the electricity you have to pay for air conditioning.

At The Green Home we feature several types of insulation: 

Wall insulation:

This means filling up the gap that’s between the inside and outside skins of your house. Usually, glass wool is used to fill up this gap.

Loft/Roof insulation:

It’s similar to having a blanket protect your home. You lose a quarter of your heat through your rooftops, so insulating it would save you a ton in your next electricity bill. In winter, it works by trapping the heat inside – preventing it from escaping. In summer, it stops heat from getting into your home.
